Nestled within the vibrant Hart Shoreditch Hotel, UBA is a vibrant Pan Asian restaurant in Shoreditch offering a variety of dishes from across Asia. Led by Chef Paul Greening, formerly of Aqua Kyoto and Novikov, the restaurant draws inspiration from his travels across Tokyo, Bangkok, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

The interiors are stunning with deep red hues, plush velvet banquettes, and Asian ceramics adorning the walls.
