Bibo is a Spanish restaurant in Shoreditch (part of the Mondrian hotel) led by Chef Dani Garcia. He is known as one of the leaders in Andalusian cuisine and has several restaurants in Spain.

The restaurant offers an express lunch, a la carte dining and weekend brunch. Dishes include a variety of paella including whole lobster, iberico, ribs, grilled chicken or vegetarian. Other classics are padron peppers, patatas bravas and croquetas de jamon.

The interiors are bright and open with a relaxed but sophisticated feel and the service is excellent. Whilst the food is slightly more expensive than other Spanish restaurants in London, it is utterly delicious. The basque cheesecake is a must order!
